Managed Devices: Configure Settings |
The Managed Devices Settings page is available from the Managed Devices module on the Main Admin Page.
The grid summarizes the number of managed vs non-managed (competitive) assets for each company and allows you to select the ERP Account ID column to display and select any orphan ERP Account ID's, and assign them to the appropriate Central account. The associated ERP's Equip ID's for the ERP account will be filtered and displayed under the ERP Equip ID column on the Managed Device Selection page. For cases where OMD may have several accounts that map to a single FMAudit account, i.e. multiple branch offices specified individually in OMD that were collected under a single FMAudit account on a single meter read, you may separate the account names using a semi-colon ";". An ERP sync will may do this automatically.
Place a check mark in the boxes for the accounts you wish to see more detail on down to a device level, and click the Select/Configure Devices button to display the Managed Device Selection page. Clicking the Save Settings button saves the account selections.
