Adaptive Service Management: View Consumable Levels

The View Consumable Levels page displays the list of all Consumable Levels for Devices tha fall within the user specified search criteria.

The page can be accessed by Administrators, Admin Dealers Users and Customers with appropriate access from the main ASM Modules page -> Tracing -> View Consumable Levels.

It is additionally accesible from the Consumable Info column in Device Views feature in Central.

TThis page displays a list of filtered devices with their consumable(s) information.

The user can select from a list of available filers, to reduce the domain of analysis as follows:

Account selection from a dropdown tree view which displays the hierarchy of the current logged-in dealer/customer;

Check box to filter the child accounts in hierarchy;

Dropdown to filter devices of a specific group;

Dropdown to filter all, managed or non-managed devices;

Dropdown to filter all devices, or those with or withouth triggered consumable alerts;;

Check box t filter only the devices that have reported consumables;

Notes:

Displaying the information in this page can take several minutes, depending on the amount of data requested. To reduce loading times, consider narrowing the filter criteria for both accounts and devices with or without consumable alerts.
